Edward A. Guzik
May 5, 1942 - January 10, 2021
Edward Anthony Guzik Born on May 5, 1942, Ed graduated from this life to his next adventure on January 10, 2021. He is survived by his wife Dawn Guzik Stocker, daughter Jeanniey Walden (Vince), granddaughters Giovanna Mullen and Kristina Mullen, sister Mary Ann Petrikus and niece Carol, his loving family from the Martin, Blatherwick, Guzik, Kruse, Stocker, Hettinger and Campbell clans; his many friends; and last, but not least, his fur-babies Sassy and Zoey. He loved music - especially from the 50's and 60's. He played saxophone in Tony and the Topics and The Last Chance Band. His other favorite music was the sound of the ocean. Ed served honorably in the US Army during the Vietnam Era and later worked for many years at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. He was particularly proud of his work with the Trauma program. No visitation or funeral will be held. A virtual Celebration of Life will be scheduled in the near future. Ed's favorite charities include St. Jude's Children's Hospital and Animal Friends. Dawn would like to thank the ladies from Griswold Home Care and the Geisinger Hospice team for their care and support. To everything there is a season - The Byrds
