Beloved husband of Kim Burns; loving father of Dana Burns and fiancé Evan DeSimone and John Scooter and Jess Burns; brother of Carolyn (Kim) Bates, Daniel (Cindy) Burns, Cherylyn (John) Murray, and the late William Kern, and Kimberly Dunn. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. He will be deeply missed by his bulldog Remington.
