Louise BLUM Age 74, of Stanton Heights, April 20, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Henry "Hank" C. Blum. Loving mother of Lisa (John) Besselman, Heather (Michael) Fallon, and Karen Blum. Beloved nana of Elizabeth and Michael Besselman, and Emily, Amber, and Leah Fallon. Dear aunt of Jennifer (Bill) Hensley, Brian (Kristie) Stagno, and many other nieces and nephews. Louise is also survived by her sister-in-law, Maureen (Frank) Stagno. Louise is preceded in death by many loving brothers and sisters and her parents, Luigi and Caroline Sabatasso. In addition to her family, Louise leaves behind many friends. She loved going out with her friends and she spent some of her spare time playing cards. When she wasn't with her friends, she loved cooking for her family. Louise also loved to bake - she'd bake something for every occasion, every birthday, and every holiday. Louise was an avid parishioner of Saint Raphael Church in Morningside. She was a crossing guard in the City of Pittsburgh for 38 years. She was married to her beloved husband, Henry "Hank" Blum for 54 years. Louise will be greatly missed by many. Memorial services will be private and held at a later date.
