Items not included in the above prices are Cash Advanced Items such as: Clergy Donation, Newspaper Notices, Cemetery Fees, Death Certificate Copies, Long Distance Transportation (over 20 miles), Cremation Permit,   Flowers, Headstone Inscription.

***If passing occurs in a private residence, a second staff member would be required at the cost of $150.00 in Allegheny County and $200.00 if outside of Allegheny County.
